The research unit

Energy–climate in island territories.

Three Scientific Operations

ENERGY-Lab’s project lies at the heart of energy–climate challenges facing tropical island territories. In connection with the islands of the Indianoceania region, the unit conducts research aimed at characterizing, forecasting and optimizing renewable energy resources in a context of climate change.

This work contributes to strengthening the energy resilience of territories and supporting their transition to low-carbon systems, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and regional energy pathways.
